my daughter and i twice have seen such technology/UFO's on cape cod. one in person while driving down the canal the other in picture i took off the deck of house near OTIS air force base though i did not see this UFO in frame of picture at the time taken. taken w/disposable camera as i had to sell my equiptment to pay elec. bill.
the picture is now in the library of congress for their viewing pleasure.
