DCF abuse of children in foster care and cover up

This is how the government run by the corporations gets it's prey for drugging and taking the people's money from uncle sam's one hand giving to the other while the government widens it's power by agencies who gain by the numbers presented for the next yrs. projections presented for more fundings.
Has nothing to do with care it is the shifting of units/children from site to site with people far worse then from where they came from.
